Mice/Rats
Rats and mice pose significant risks to both the structural integrity and safety of a house. These rodents can gnaw through electrical wires, increasing the risk of fires, and their constant chewing can damage insulation, plumbing, and wooden structures. Additionally, their droppings and urine can contaminate food, surfaces, and air quality, potentially spreading diseases such as leptospirosis and hantavirus. Mice and rats are also known to introduce parasites like fleas and mites into the home. It is crucial to curb the infestation and get rid of them as soon as possible.
